We place a lot of value on the raw material's country of origin. We demand a "pre-ship" sample for analysis prior to allowing any herbal raw ingredients into our facility. This sample is evaluated for yield and assay using organoleptic (sensory) and laboratory methods, and if approved, it is allowed for ordering.
